Default Baby looks blue at times around her mouth? NOT her lips or tongue, but skin around

mouth, chin under nose.? I noticed it today after first bath, baby is 3 days old. Second time after nap today. No crying, gasping, wierd noises. Anybody know what is up, what to do, if anything?

I would call your pediatrician to be safe. I know when my kids were little and i called the pediatrician they always asked me if my kids were blue around the mouth so i dont know if that is a bad sign. Just call to be safe!

Its totally normal my daughter has the same thing at times, i asked her ped and she said its normal as long as her tongue isnt blue or her whole face or lips. Its just because the baby is so little and the blood going through you can see cuz of the fair skin. its totally fine

No worrys
