Default Can a Corn snake breed with a Garter Snake?

I have many reptiles including snakes, lizards, and turtles so I'm not new at keeping reptiles but I am pretty new at snake breeding. I recently acquired a Florida Garter snake and would like to know if it would be possible to breed it to an Albino Okeetee Creamsicle Corn Snake. I have seen many people sucessfully breed Corn Snakes to various other types of snakes including Gopher snakes, California King Snakes, Graybanded King Snakes, and Mexican Milksnakes and I'm wondering if it would be possible to breed them together. Also if anybody could tell me how to determine wether or not they could breed that would be a big help. I'm pretty sure they have to be in the same genus but I'm not sure. Thanks.
